AYA currently offers shipping across Canada. We try our best to process all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary depending on your location. During launch periods or high-volume times, processing and delivery may take longer — we appreciate your patience.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• AYA The Collection is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect address submissions.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.

However, in the rare case that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or offer a refund where appropriate. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return requests that fall outside of these criteria.
