Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We do our best to process orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
During launch periods or busy times, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If this applies, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos and we will review your claim.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We’re so sorry about that! We’d love to make it right — Please email us at info@ayathecollection.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Are your hijabs and undercaps true to colour?
Our hijabs and undercaps are hand dyed in small batches — while we do our best to ensure consistency and accuracy in every colour, there may occasionally be slight variations between pieces.
Also note that colours may appear slightly different on-screen due to lighting or display differences.
What are your hijabs and undercaps made of?
Our hijabs are made from our soft, breathable, premium modal fabric, offering a smooth, lightweight drape with no bulk or heaviness.
Our SoftStretch undercaps are crafted from our premium cotton jersey fabric — featuring a slightly lower GSM for extra softness and lightweight breathability — and a secure, more gentle fit that stays in place all day.
How should I wash my hijabs and undercaps?
AYA hijabs are special — and require special care to best preserve their quality, softness and colour. We recommend hand washing in cold water (or if needed, machine wash cold on delicate cycle), and hang/air drying — avoid tumble or heat drying. Iron or steam on low.
Our undercaps: Machine wash cold in gentle cycle, hang to air dry or tumble dry low.
Use mild detergent. Do not bleach.
